A quick and easy knit!

It's no secret that I'm very much 'into' my sock knitting.
I've even sold some of my pairs of hand knitted socks on eBay recently!

But little grandaughter asked me to make her a jumper, and who can resist a 2 1/2 year old's request, eh?

I found this brilliant pattern on The Purl Bee:

This was knitted in one piece, from back lower hem to front lower hem - sleeves included!
And it took me two days.

It fits little one beautifully, and I'll definitely make this jumper again as it was SO easy to knit.

Now I'm back to the socks: until the next request, at least!

  2. That's lovely, Tracey - it's always good to find something that looks really nice but is very easy to make.

  3. What a lovely simple pattern, for either gender. Might have to treat myself to that pattern.

  5. What a lovely jumper. I really like the shape of the neck and the tiny slits at the sides. xx

  6. That is really nice and simple, quick knits make sense for little ones considering how quick they grow out of them.
