Pesto Salmon
A very simple and easy dinner tonight: Pesto Salmon fillets.
We popped into Tesco to pick up some fish for dinner, just as they were reducing this salmon. We got it for 90p a piece, and grabbed two more pieces for the freezer.
Simply sit the salmon on a little oil and water in a dish on some foil. Spoon over some pesto from a jar, and pop in the oven for 20 mins while you steam some veggies.
A very easy supper dish packed full of vitamins.

Looks delish, salmon is my favourite fish. We've had lamb curry.....I made a double quantity of it a couple of weeks ago and froze the excess. I made some Bombay potatoes to go with it, along with a couple of Peshwari naans, an Approved Food bargain buy some weeks back, think they were 5 packs of 2 naans for the princely sum of £1.00!
