My day on a plate!
I'm joining in with this trend as it's interesting to read what other people eat in a day, and see if you could fancy their meals.
Today was a work day.
Breakfast
2 egg omelette
Cup of tea with soya milk
Lunch
Tuna in sunflower oil
Leafy green salad
Sliced tomatoes
Cup of tea with soya milk
Dinner
Quorn sausages
Steamed broccoli, carrots and courgettes
Dijon mustard

ReplyDeleteMine was a bit hit and miss......Breakfast - nothing other than a coffee (had an early hospital appointment). Lunch - cheese & onion pasty and a coffee (eaten in the sunshine whilst we were out). Dinner - King prawns & scallops with stir fried veg and noodles....cooked by husband. Yum.
I had tuna fish sandwiches for supper, pizza for dh, too lazy (and sick) to make anything else.
