Bunting
I'm making some crocheted bunting triangles to post off to my adult nephew today.
No, really.
He is getting married at the start of November, and instead of gifts the bride and groom sent out (to those who asked) a pattern for crochet or knitting bunting.
They will decorate the reception venue with this bunting, then spend time sewing in their newly- wed evenings sewing the triangles together to make blankets for donation to charities.
It is ideal for folk to use up their odds and ends of DK yarn, as there is no colour restriction.
I don't know about you, but I think this is a beautiful idea.
And I thought, if anybody would like to do this as a project, just message me and I'll post the pattern on the blog.
