Ouch!

 Not a metaphorical one, a literal ouch!

It's been a thundery, rainy day today after many dry, sunny days. Welcome rain, but some slippery outdoor surfaces.

I slipped on the large tile under our outdoor tap and came down 'like a ton of bricks', as my parents would have said.

I'm sat in our sitting room with my legs up on a chair, wrist strapped tightly and my lower back in pain.

Luckily, the natural padding of my bum has saved me a big injury!

There's always a silver lining!
